Rev. Dwayne R. Gillison, Sr., was born in Buffalo, New York, son of the late William Gillison, Jr. and Sis.  Antonia Gillison.  He served as Assistant to Pastor Gillison at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Buffalo. Min. Gillison accepted his calling to preach the Word of God in 2002, after which he attended Brockport State University, the Bible College of Rochester and Houghton Christian Academy.
